In May/June of 2013 TWIN added the
Sacramento River to the paddling from Redding to Rio Vista thenfinishing the tour into the Bay by BART!
The tour was a first time success traversing mountain waters, wine country Delta and
the Tidal shipping routes from the California capital all the way to the Bay.
